Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Assist in typing and responding to emails as well as any enquiries from the clients
  • Handle the company service providers and ensure they provide proper services
  • Create and implement simple office procedures as and when necessary
  • Properly maintain the general company record systems as well as filing systems
  • Maintain the office diary and follow appointments
  • Make orders and maintain office stationery as well as equipment
  • Create and maintain an orderly working environment
  • Assist in preparing documents for customers
  • Undertake any other relevant task as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course
  • Practical experience working as a secretary required, experience in a real estate company will be advantageous
  • Good organization and diarizing skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong Ms Office suite skills
