Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same field required
  • Should be able to effectively work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a good typing speed and able to complete tasks on time
  • Strong knowledge in information processing and management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in information as well as documentation
  • Only ladies are required to apply
  • Must have good knowledge in writing letters, emails as well as telesales activities
  • Fluency in English is a must
