Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Maintain an efficient and effective office area that can handle a variety of tasks
  • Carry out secretarial and clerical tasks as required
  • Share mail and handle correspondence of the office and reply to routine requests
  • Assist in typing notes, letters as well as other official documents
  • Organize and maintain appropriate office records
  • Organize appointments and maintain a schedule for the chairman
  • Develop and maintain a clean, attractive, orderly, safe and efficient office environment
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the information

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in handling secretarial duties required
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Must be highly organized and a good time manager
  • Should be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Only ladies are required
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite including Outlook, Ms Word, Excel etc
  • Must have good typing skills
  • Should be smart and presentable
