Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Plan and maintain an efficient and effective office that handles a variety of tasks
  • Share mail and handle correspondence in the office and respond to routine requests for information
  • Make sure all communications from the office meet proper standards
  • Required to type, reproduce and distribute notices and newsletters to staff
  • Organize and maintain appropriate records, files as well as other business documents
  • Conduct secretarial and clerical tasks of a varied nature
  • Preserve a clear and accurate record of visitors, enquiries as well as their contact information
  • Keep up efficient and well organized electronic and paper data collection as well as filing systems
  • Organize appointments
  • Participate in the required staff meetings and prepare minutes

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a relevant Degree or Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Must be organized with a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite
  • Should be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Female candidates are required for this position
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Must be below 30 year of age
  • Should be fluent in English
