Responsibilities Salon Operations Assistant Manager is responsible to assist Director of SPA & Recreation in providing hands on support and guidance and ensuring the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated, and they have created a relationship with the Salon, oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling, and customer interactions. Supervise salon staff, including nail technicians, receptionist, hair assistants and attendant. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to salon standards. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring a welcoming and professional salon environment. Manage salon appointment schedules, ensuring efficient booking and utilization of resources. Coordinate with stylists and other staff to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times for clients. Monitor salon inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure adequate stock of hair care products, tools, and equipment to support salon operations. Assist with financial management tasks such as cash handling, invoicing, and tracking expenses. Help to manage salon budgets and financial targets, contributing to profitability and cost control efforts.
