Responsibilities Promote all policies as well as procedures, ensure review of quality standards and adherence to the standard operating procedures related to the salon Manage and control expenses as well as operation costs Set up and maintain a positive working relationship with partners Handle and resolve customer service issues in the salon Maintain hygienic and clean work areas at all times Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve desired results Oversee the management of staff and maintain strict discipline and good performance Maintain company assets and regularly audit the salon to ensure employees charge correctly for services and products Make sure all the team members are meeting their individual monthly targets Maintain and uphold safety standards through identifying and correcting conditions that affect the salons safety Develop strong sales and customer service relationships with clients through inspiring and motivating the team into action Conduct a weekly or monthly inventory check Ensure proper use and care of all products, equipment as well as tools of the Salon Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Summary:      Looking for a Salon Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business relevant field
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Must be sales driven and goal oriented
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Must have good people management, inventory management, financial management, customer service, and upselling skills
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Should be highly self-motivated
  • Must have a passion for beauty services and product knowledge
