Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Oversee the assigned sales team to ensure that they adhere to the set key performance indicators
• Oversee and motivate the sales staff
• Pursue new sales prospects as well as markets for vendors
• Meet monthly, quarterly as well as annual revenue targets
• Oversee a team of sales executives
• Search for new clients and maintain existing ones through providing excellent services
• Stay up to date with products and competitors
• Ensure sales analysis and market trends are in line with the company’s strategic plan
• Make sure after-sales service issues are managed in time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in a business related course
• At least 3 and above years of UAE experience in managing or supervising sales operations, preferably in dry foods
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Must have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the assigned tasks
• The applicant must have UAE experience in selling dry food
• Ability to solve customer issues
