Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage professionals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by providing high-quality service in line with the hotel's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and serve guests professionally and courteously.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests with recommendations.
• Ensure service areas are well-maintained and comply with hygiene standards.
• Prepare the dining area before service, including mise-en-place and table setting.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Use upselling techniques to promote menu items and boost sales.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Support team members and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills with a guest-centric attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.

Level of Education:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months in a similar role
