Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Sell products and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Give feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes
• Handle appointments, queries, incoming calls and complaints from customers and company
• Provide general customer support

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have experience in car sales
• Must have strong relationship building skills
• Very strong sales skills to lead negotiation and deliver on objectives
• Must be proactive
• Should be a fast learner and well organized
• Must have a performance-driven and result oriented attitude
