Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Promoter in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Engage with customers to demonstrate and promote the company products, providing accurate information as well as answering any inquiries
• Create product awareness and generate interest among potential customers through persuasive and effective communication
• Implement sales promotion strategies such as conducting product demonstrations, distributing samples as well as organizing promotional events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative approaches to reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers to increase sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets through consistently achieving personal and team goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback as well as market insights to sales and marketing management
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course
• Proven experience in sales promotion or customer service roles is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Enthusiasm for sales, a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection positively
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
