Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining key client relationships, promoting the hotel, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires proactive sales strategies, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the hotel's client base while ensuring a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business growth opportunities by developing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Conduct hotel inspections and entertain potential business partners.
- Implement weekly sales activities including calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
- Conduct competitor research and maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the hotel.
- Build strategic partnerships with DMCs/Tour Operators to drive business.
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets by developing tailored sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior associates, monitoring performance and offering feedback.
- Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and generate sales reports in line with company policies.
- Engage in problem-solving, focusing on solutions and customer satisfaction.

- In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and regulations.

Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate client meetings and events.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum 36 months of experience in a sales role, ideally in hospitality.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
