Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing client relationships, and maximizing business opportunities in their assigned area. This role requires strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring maximum productivity and target achievement.
- Develop and implement sales action plans and strategies to reach and exceed set objectives.
- Formulate corporate offers, contracts, and business correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Actively generate and pursue sales leads, identifying new business opportunities for the company.
- Provide insights on market conditions, competition trends, and customer feedback to enhance marketing and sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of major accounts and assist in managing the accounts system.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client servicing and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business exposure.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, with flexible availability to attend client meetings and events as needed.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 24 months in a sales-related role, with a focus on corporate accounts.
