Responsibilities Building Relationships to Drive Sales: Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through sales calls, events, and community engagement. Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base. Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and effective turnover of clients to Event Management. Managing Sales Activities: Participate in sales calls to acquire and close new business. Handle the operational aspects of booked business, including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence. Close the best opportunities based on market conditions and location needs. Serve customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Support the company’s service strategy to drive customer loyalty through excellent service. Grow account share by consistently delivering high-quality customer service. Uphold the company’s customer service standards and set a positive example for guest relations. Job Summary: The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.

 

Requirements:

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

OR

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
