Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Come up with sales strategies for the sales team
  • Develop a strong field sales team through recruiting the right people and motivating them
  • Serve as the bridge between the sales team as well as the manager
  • Work with the sales team to come up with lead generation plans
  • Ensure daily monitoring of the sales team
  • Reach out to potential clients to prospect, monitor and attend meetings with clients
  • Collect market intelligence on the market trends, customer behavior as well as competition products
  • Carry out any other related duty as may be required
