Job Summary: Looking for Sales Executives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details:

  • Gaining an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Deciding whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
  • Ensuring ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
  • Carrying out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
  • Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and up grant
  • Maintaining awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Answering any technical questions, the client might have
  • Responding to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
  • Identifying and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
  • Preparing and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
  • Marketing and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events

Job Qualification and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive Job must hold at least a Bachelors' Degree in Sales and marketing
  • A Diploma/Certificate in Computer Studies, IT or Networking is an added advantage
  • Proven working experience as a sales executive preferably in an IT company
  • Females candidates are preferred
  • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
  • Articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills
  • Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload
