Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, generating new business, and maintaining existing accounts to maximize hotel revenue. This role involves direct client engagement through sales calls, meetings, and other activities to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive hotel exposure through direct sales and client engagement, including face-to-face meetings and phone calls.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring comprehensive client servicing across all managerial and departmental levels.
  • Develop and execute sales objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Solicit and secure group business, meetings, and transient bookings, ensuring optimal revenue.
  • Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations, maximizing up-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's unique selling points, features, services, and policies.
  • Formulate corporate offer letters, contracts, and other business correspondence.
  • Monitor and report on market conditions, including competition trends, based on direct client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and presentations to enhance the hotel's market presence.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all client accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in a similar sales role.
