Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, maximizing business opportunities, and generating new leads for the hotel. This role involves managing client relationships, executing sales activities, and ensuring the hotel's visibility in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct sales activities such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and client entertainment to promote the hotel.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, covering all managerial levels for comprehensive client service.
  • Create and execute sales plans and objectives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and solicit transient, group business, and meetings to increase revenue streams.
  • Negotiate contracts and apply effective selling strategies while maximizing upselling opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's unique selling points, amenities, services, and market trends.
  • Draft corporate offer letters, contracts, and other necessary business correspondence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback on sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for specific target markets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend events as required.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
