Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Promote the company’s freight forward services
• Obtain new clients and retain the existing clients
• Respond to incoming queries and ensure the resolution of service delivery issues
• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly as well as annual sales target
• Manage existing clients and maintain business relationship
• Managing all existing clients through regular communication with key contacts and help answer all queries via email and telephones
• Maintain updated database of customers or clients
• Prospect for and acquire new viable high-volume customers
• Effectively manage each client account to ensure sales targets are fully achieved
• Conduct follow-up activities to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The suitable candidate must have previous experience in freight forward company
• Must be target-driven and with high drive to meet sales target
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must creative and well-organized with good prioritizing skills
• Must be able to use professional communications etiquette
