Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales efforts and ensure smooth operations within the department. This role involves managing administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, and assisting in communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude to drive success in the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process such as proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Promote and enhance brand awareness internally and externally through marketing initiatives.
  • Assemble and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and information packages to potential clients.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Enter, retrieve, and verify sales-related information in relevant software systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and promotions to guests and clients.
  • Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking commissions, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained and confidentiality of proprietary information is protected.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and enhance customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in sales or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and software for data entry, lead management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
