Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Associate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Generate new leads for the company
• Set up plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales areas
• Stay in contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Maintain clear records of customer details in alignment with the client processes to ensure adherence
• Meet established sales targets, goals as well as quotas
• Search for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market shares
• Identify customers’ needs as well as wants and suggest or display these items
• Provide attentive customer support to solve the queries online via mail or by call
• Coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional activities

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in any related field of study
• At least 1+ years of experience in industrial automation, machinery and manufacturing sales
• Good communication and interpretation skills
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Should have basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Must be friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Proficiency in English required
• Must have a strong understanding of UAE customer and market dynamics as well as requirements
• Should be able to perform tasks without repeated instructions
