Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Oversee the marketing and sales department, plan and coordinate marketing and sales activities of the company
• Develop marketing campaigns, plans as well as strategies
• Plan and coordinate marketing efforts and communicate the market plan
• Handle customers’ complaints and monitor level of satisfaction
• Resolve problems and complaints through proper internal channels in a professional way
• Identify potential customers and meet with potential customers
• Assist in recruiting and training marketers as well as salesman
• Increase brand awareness and positioning

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• The applicant must have several years of experience in the sales and marketing field
• Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing work
• Knowledge of digital marketing will be a great advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
