Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales and Marketing Director in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy in the company
• Conduct research and develop marketing opportunities as well as plans, understand customer requirements, identify market trends and propose system improvements to meet the company’s marketing goals if necessary
• Assist in promoting the company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market
• Maintain relationships with important clients through making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Provide sales and marketing training to the sales team members
• Implement new sales plans and advertise
• Collect, investigate and summarize market data as well as trends to prepare reports
• Evaluate budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and make sure the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business management or a related course
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the sales and marketing field
• Should have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing field
• Good decision making skills required
