Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize and manage strategies that maximize the total revenue of the hotel. This role involves analyzing market trends, implementing revenue tactics, and collaborating with teams to drive the hotel's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage strategies to maximize total revenue across all market segments.
• Collaborate with the Forecast Analyst to analyze data and support revenue management decisions.
• Develop and execute tactics to leverage demand and optimize room occupancy and pricing.
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Influence and engage with hotel teams and stakeholders to drive revenue strategies and achieve financial goals.
• Regularly review and update revenue forecasts, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives.
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve overall hotel revenue performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role focusing on revenue management and data analysis.
