Responsibilities Oversee all the restaurant operations Plan workflow and make sure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Offer leadership and direction to all restaurant staff to ensure the highest level of customer service Settle customers’ complaints in a professional manner Make sure all facility standards and steps of service are met Assist in training new staff and support refresher training for existing staff Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene and safety regulations Carry out performance evaluations while encouraging improvement where necessary Follow up on employee productivity and provide constructive feedback as well as coaching Conduct any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time

Job Summary:      Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Oversee all the restaurant operations
  • Plan workflow and make sure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Offer leadership and direction to all restaurant staff to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Settle customers’ complaints in a professional manner

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or any related course
  • Practical experience in the same role required
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations as well as products, basic drink service and supervisory knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work well and remain calm under pressure
  • Must have high standards of personal hygiene and personal grooming standards required
  • Ability to provide relevant and timely resolutions
