Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s dining services. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high service standards, and driving business growth through innovative menu development and exceptional guest experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Food & Beverage (F&B) service operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring team alignment with service goals.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that meet market trends and guest preferences.
  • Monitor and control inventory, food costs, and budget, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address guest concerns, feedback, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with hotel management to align F&B strategies with overall hotel objectives.
  • Organize special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to implement new strategies for business growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and service standards.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous.
