We are currently seeking for ambitious, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can organize and direct a team that develops top quality of food & beverage products with prompt, accurate and personalized service.
As a Restaurant & Bar Manager for Centro you are responsible to carry the sole responsibility for the department & day-to-day operation for all F&B outlets and activities in and outside the hotel. The role needs to ensure that all guests who visit the hotel receive an optimized level of service and hospitality, that exceeds their expectations, by giving an added value experience whereby following key responsibilities are included such as:
• Establish and achieve the department’s annual financial budget forecasts by maximizing the monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constant control of the operational expenses
• Attend and conduct all management regular departmental meetings / briefings to ensure an open communication line with the entire team
• Periodically conduct performance analysis of every skilled personnel within the department as per company policy
• Develop and implement revenue boosting sales activities like promotions, theme nights, up selling and incentive schemes
• Initiate the Food & Beverage Department Standards of Performance manuals and establish the supporting training program i.e. guest care, product knowledge, service standards, up-selling techniques, grooming standards, etc.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a college / university degree graduation with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
