Learn techniques to promote additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience. Maintain organized records of all reservations and ensure accuracy. Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments. Assist in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. Support the team in processing deposits and prepayments. Assist in generating and reviewing reservation reports. Participate in training sessions to learn about the hotel’s reservation system and processes. Work collaboratively with the reservations team and other hotel departments.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and issues.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
  • Adherence to hotel grooming and appearance standards.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
