Job Summary:
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, ensuring all bookings are accurately processed, and providing excellent service to our guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone or email, recording and processing bookings efficiently.
  • Assist customers with making, modifying, or cancelling reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process reservations from the Sales department, other hotel teams, and travel agents.
  • Respond to email inquiries with reservation confirmations and additional details as needed.
  • Inform guests about available promotions or upgrades to enhance their stay.
  • Provide information about room types, hotel facilities, rates, and events.
  • Accurately record guest information and process payments for confirmed reservations.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or hotel operations role.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for delivering excellent service aligned with voco™ standards.
