Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Experienced in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role
  • Service oriented, a team player and with passion to deliver excellent guest experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Opera PMS system
  • A good communicator and possesses excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review task process and colleagues productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met
  • Guide and supervise Reservations Agent in the daily task to ensure a consistently high quality of work
  • Provide hands-on training for colleagues on a continuous basis
  • Monitor group reservations activities and cut-off schedules
  • Handle special projects delegated by the Manager

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day
