Job Summary: Looking for experienced and dedicated Relocation Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Manage Tenancy Contract Renewals
Ensure records maintained for all settling-in services with appropriate receipts
Complete property handovers ensuing detailed document with supporting photographs in place
Manage Relocation app to ensure that all content is relevant and up to date and that all assignees are introduced to the app.
Complete utility and telecom connections for assignees
Assist assignee with Driving License transfer
Complete alcohol license registration for assignee
Ensure CRM system is updated with details and records of all services
Manage tenancy renewals on behalf of relocation clients.
Provide administration support to the relocation department to ensure delivery of settling-in services to assignees.
Provide all settling-in services in a timely manner ensuring accurate records are maintained and completion of administration in line with procedures
Job Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate for Relocation Coordinator must have relevant qualifications for this role
Good analytical and decision-making skills
The applicant must have one to two years of practical experience in the same role
Client service focused with excellent attention to detail
Must have UAE Driving License.
Well-developed problem solving skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to drive forward to completion
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines have to be met
Strong organization skills
Good intuition and understanding of people’s requirement
Proactive with a positive can do attitude;
Must be Fluent English
