Responsibilities:

• Maintain recreation equipment in good condition and ensure regular cleaning.
• Keep recreation facilities clean, stocked, and ready for business; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Achieve guest satisfaction goals and respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Ensure top-level guest service at all times.
• Help coordinate resort activities with a focus on safety and excellent service.
• Review activity programs regularly with the Recreation Manager.
• Manage inventory, determine par stocks, and minimize waste.
• Secure and properly store recreation equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as needed to maximize departmental efficiency.
