Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations. Inform guests of safety procedures and assist in emergency situations as needed.

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Recreation Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests seeking recreational activities, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your exceptional guest service skills and enthusiasm for helping others will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or recreation management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel or recreational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
