Responsibilities Recreation Support: Serve as a key resource for all on-property recreation activities. Provide guests with information about facilities like pools, fitness centers, and game rooms. Encourage and register guests for activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce facility rules for guest safety. Monitor activities, respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and maintain cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to management. Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist guests, including those with disabilities. Process payments for rentals and activities, and handle point of sale transactions. Team Collaboration: Work with others to meet common goals, maintain professional communication, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform additional duties as needed, including physical tasks like moving and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Recreation Equipment

Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
