Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Reception/Office General Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Conduct general office clerk duties and errands
  • Welcome clients to the office
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas
  • Maintain the entrance door’s cleanliness on a daily basis
  • Maintain security of office equipment, documents and records
  • Respond to telephone calls and appointments
  • Manage office equipment
  • Monitor various email points and courier services for the business
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials
  • Undertake cleaning work to the required standard
  • Offer for supplies and equipment required for cleaning and maintenance work
  • Manage incoming calls and other communications

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a graduate from a recognized university
  • At least one to two years of practical experience in the same role
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Should be able to work in Australia
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Should have a positive attitude with good customer service skills
