Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome and give directions to visitors as required
  • Manage all external communications in the office
  • Oversee cleaners to ensure all areas of the office are cleaned properly
  • Handle the HR function for company
  • Maintain a clean environment at all times
  • Plan and coordinate meetings
  • Make sure the daily operations run smoothly
  • Handle diaries accurately at all times
  • Offer secretarial as well as administrative support in office

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related discipline
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same field or similar role
  • Experience in handling the front office tasks required
  • Strong knowledge of Ms Office suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be able to manage confidential information
  • Excellent public relations, organization and planning skills
  • Must have human resource management experience
