Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Make sure all company visitors are assisted in a professional manner
  • Handle correspondence and dispatch them
  • Assist staff in admin and operational tasks
  • Organize paper for consideration and presentation by management team.
  • Renew appointment calendars and plan meetings or appointments
  • Conduct other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc
  • Communicate with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Welcome, greet and direct visitors the right office or personnel
  • Preserve security through following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Respond to and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information to the visitors

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any business related course
  • Must be female with two to five years of experience in the same field
  • Should be able to multi-task and get things done on time
  • Good communication and organizing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Should presentable with a pleasant personality
  • Excellent telephone skills and Ms Office knowledge
  • Should have the right attitude
  • The preferred candidate must be Indian on husband visa
