Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome visitors or clients to the office
  • Receive letters as well as packages and distribute them as necessary
  • Respond to all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Answer questions and handle complaints
  • Maintain updated records and files
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as may be required
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable at all times

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in any business related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar role required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite required
  • Must be familiar with office management
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ladies are preferred
