Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Welcome guests or clients at the office
  • Make sure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Collect letters as well as packages and send them the intended personnel
  • Plan and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints quickly and appropriately
  • Observe office supplies, place orders when necessary and keep inventory of stock
  • Develop and maintain filing as well as other office systems
  • Respond to the telephone and email enquiries
  • Offer outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in any business related course
  • At least two years of practical experience in the same role
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite
  • Should be capable of filing records efficiently
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Good customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • A female Syrian or Arabic speaking candidate is required
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Should be able to remain calm under extreme pressure
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
