Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Key Details:

  • Respond and direct all phone calls to the appropriate staff
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Welcome visitors to the offices and ensure they sign in the visitor’s book
  • Observe and make sure the reception area is kept tidy
  • Maintain a record of staff and visitors signing in and out
  • Any other related task as may be required
  • Develop strong working relationships with the team members

Job Qualifications Job and Experience

  • Candidates must be graduates or possess a Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel etc
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the customers
  • Must have a good command of the English language
