Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details:

  • Receive clients at the office and assist them accordingly
  • Attend to all clients questions in an accurate manner
  • Evaluate and settle service issues promptly
  • Preserve a client focused working environment
  • Generate outgoing mail, sort and distribute incoming mails
  • Preserve high levels of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
  • Develop positive and productive relationships with clients
  • Keep the front desk in a tidy and presentable state

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from a recognized university
  • Practical experience as a receptionist or any related discipline
  • Should have be able to handle customer issues
  • Good communication and customer service skills required
  • Basic accounting knowledge required
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Should be presentable and flexible in nature
  • Only Filipino candidates are required
