Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic Reception Manager for White Beach, responsible for delivering five-star customer service, creating memorable dining experiences, and fostering strong relationships with guests, including hotel residents and local patrons.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring a delightful experience throughout their dining journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and regular patrons to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as a 'sales ambassador,' promoting the restaurant's offerings, capturing new business, and communicating special requests to the management team.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive guest database to enhance personalized service and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to promote special events, initiatives, and promotions to the market effectively.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to ensure team members deliver luxury service standards and are knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee reservation management and ensure efficient seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
  • Maintain an immaculate presentation of the reception area and ensure that all staff are well-groomed and professional.
  • Analyze sales trends and guest preferences to identify opportunities for menu enhancement and service improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong passion for the Food & Beverage industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with diverse clientele.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly, adapting to changing priorities and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operation of the reception area.
  • Proficiency in reservation and guest management systems is a plus.

 

Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in Months:
24 to 36 months of relevant experience in hospitality or food service management.
