Job Summary:      Looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Prospect and close sales on properties
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters
  • Search for and acquire new business opportunities
  • Serve as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer services to all clients
  • Handle existing clients and advise them on the suitability and value of the properties of interest
  • Develop a competitive market price through comparing properties
  • Advice clients on market conditions, prices as well as mortgages
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through providing support, information and guidance
  • Support negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related position
  • Practical experience in real estate sales required
  • Must be customer focused and presentable
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close sale and achieve targets as set by the management
  • Good knowledge of real estate business
