- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Leisure segments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DMCs and travel management companies.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and collaboration with the sales team.
- Coordinate with groups and events planning team, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in English; additional languages considered a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Proactive Sales Executive or Proactive Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel in the UAE.
- Well-established connections with major DMCs and travel management companies for organizing corporate meetings, events, and groups.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
