ob Summary:      Looking for   Personal Assistant/ Executive Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details

  • Organize and book all meetings for the CEO
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports
  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and the internal or external clients
  • Generate reports, presentations and briefs
  • Manage requests and queries appropriately
  • Assist in maintaining the office filing system
  • Sort and direct phone calls
  • Organize meetings as per request of the management
  • Handle the diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Carry out some of the CEO duties when required
  • Perform any other assigned task

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in the same role required
  • Should have knowledge in taking minutes of meetings
  • Ability to speak both Arabic and English
  • Must be in a position to translate from Arabic to English or from English to Arabic
  • Should have a valid UAE driving license and own car
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite including a good typing speed
  • Should be smart and presentable with an outgoing personality
