Job Summary:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Italian restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the outlet, including staff management, financial performance, and compliance with Hyatt International's brand standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Italian outlet to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high level of performance.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meets guest expectations.
  • Manage the financial performance of the outlet, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  • Foster a positive team environment by motivating and leading staff effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairing is a plus.

 

 

Level of Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.

Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or large Italian restaurant.
