Job Summary:      Looking for an Online Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Create, implement and manage the company online sales strategies and ensure online sales targets are met
• Handle online orders in line with the company policies
• Speak to customers through phone, e-mails, chats as well as other social media platforms
• Communicate with online customers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Handle e-commerce platform and actively generate sales from this platform
• Respond to incoming email as well as phone enquiries with appropriate quotations for products
• Assess sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets as set by the company
• Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other business-related course
• Practical experience in the same field required
• Must have good experience online sales and marketing work
• Good computer application knowledge required
• Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
