Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Assist in organizing the office on a daily basis
  • Screen and share out communications in a timely manner
  • Generate necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
  • Required to maintain the office equipment as needed
  • Monitor all supply inventories and place orders as and when necessary
  • Conduct any other similar task as may be required

Job Qualifications Job and Experience

  • Possess a Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related discipline
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position required
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
