Job Summary:      Looking for Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details

  • Generate and handle correspondence, reports as well as documents
  • Required to maintain office systems
  • Welcome and attending to visitors
  • Make appointments for administrators through maintaining master administration calendar rescheduling appointments when conflicts arise
  • Organize travel arrangements for staff and trustees
  • Screen incoming telephone calls, record and transmit messages
  • Arrange refreshments during meetings
  • Offer office services support for administrators through inputting data, proofreading documents gathering information, preparing reports and maintaining files
  • Prepare minutes during meetings
  • Provide excellent secretarial and office management services
  • Respond to all incoming and outgoing calls


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Experience in the same position is required
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite including a good typing speed
  • A male Filipino candidate is required
  • Must be smart and presentable
