Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage the reception area and telephone calls, both incoming as well as outgoing
  • Welcome and attend to customers and visitors in a proper manner
  • Maintain the availability and control of office stationary and the related consumables based on the office needs
  • Maintain material requisitions as well as delivery notes
  • Handle all office mails
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean at all times

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in the same or similar position required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Strong knowledge of office management and administration
  • Good computer application knowledge required
  • Should be presentable and good looking
  • Only female Indian, African, Nepalese, Russian, Sri Lankan or Pakistani candidates are required
