Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant/ Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field of study
  • Ideal candidates must have at least two to five years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Should be able to multi task with excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competence in the use of computer programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc
  • Should able to work under pressure and prioritize work in the dynamic setting
  • Excellent innovative and creative approaches to activities in order to improve performance
  • Expertise in the use of standard equipment
  • Should be able to conduct telemarketing duties
  • Filipino ladies are required
